The Marine Corps’ Aerial Logistics Connector (ALC) program is advancing autonomous resupply capabilities to support operations in contested environments without risking pilots. Airbus US Space & Defense, alongside L3Harris, Shield AI, and Parry Labs, successfully completed a fourth flight test of the MQ-72C Lakota Connector, demonstrating fully integrated autonomous flight, obstacle avoidance, and safe landing in realistic conditions.
Built on the proven UH-72 Lakota platform, the MQ-72C combines autonomy and open architecture to deliver a scalable, adaptable unmanned logistics solution. With a modular systems approach and strong integration backbone from L3Harris, the platform is designed to rapidly evolve, enabling the Marine Corps to sustain forces in complex, high-risk theaters.
