Ondas Inc. has completed its $175 million merger with Mistral Inc., a US-based defense contractor, significantly expanding its role in the US defense market. The deal gives Ondas direct access to US Army and Special Operations contract vehicles, along with domestic manufacturing and integration capabilities to support large-scale government programs.

Mistral brings established defense and homeland security relationships, a strong contracting footprint, and existing programs exceeding $1 billion in value. It will also serve as a program capture arm for Ondas in the US, helping accelerate deployment of autonomous systems, including aerial platforms, counter-UAS technologies, and ground robotics.

The combined company strengthens Ondas’ ability to pursue major defense contracts, scale production domestically, and transition its autonomous and robotics technologies into operational military programs more quickly.
