I agree with Variety’s John Anderson who said that Food Inc. “does for the supermarket what ‘Jaws’ did for the beach.” I own an array of books by two of the movie’s key players, Joel Salatin and Michael Pollan. Both Joel and Michael are first rate. Do not miss Food Inc.
