The Supreme Court has been issuing rulings on cases this week, including telling California to decrease the number of prisoners in its prisons. The ruling that may force the state to release some prisoners predictably came from the liberal wing of the court, backed up by the fickle Justice Anthony Kennedy. Not surprising, the two Obama-appointed justices, Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Justice Elena Kagan, sided with prisoners against the people of California.
Luckily, the liberal wing of the Supreme Court failed to protect the wrong-doers in another case decided this week. On the question of whether or not Arizona may enforce a law that forces employers to hire only citizens or legal residents, the Supreme Court barely backed up the state. The liberal wing was noticeably absent from supporting the enforcement of the law in Arizona.
Just exactly whose side are the liberal justices on? Ruling in favor illegal immigrants and convicts against hard-working, taxpaying, legal Americans doesn’t seem like being on the right side. Given a second term, the Obama administration will no doubt install more Supreme Court justices in the same mold as Sotomayor and Kagan.
For a look at what may be coming down the pipeline for California after the possible Supreme Court ordered prison break, look at the videos below. MS-13, dubbed the most violent gang in America, and others like it could see their ranks grow if California’s prisons are emptied. Also look at the video of Justice Stephen Breyer arguing about why your Second Amendment rights to defend yourself from gangs like these should be limited. CAUTION: Some of these videos are graphic.
