Vaccine Passports Required?

Amid news of a system of vaccines being required in the state of New York, called the “Excelsior Pass” (to be required for many social activities starting on April 2nd) (Read more here at Hotair.com), Texas Governor Greg Abbott has this positive update for Texas (28 March):

  • The 7-day positivity rate dropped to a new recorded low of 4.95%.
  • Hospitalizations dropped to a 6-month low.
  • Texas has 1 million 1st vaccines available.
  • Every Texan qualifies for a shot, recommended but still voluntary.
