Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that all domestically made “Flamingo” long‑range missiles fired Feb. 21 successfully hit their target — the sanctioned Votkinsk missile plant in Russia’s Udmurtia region — calling the strike a major achievement for Ukraine’s defense industry.
