Dick Young’s May 2020 Forecast for Naples
My friend Jacques Cariot’s fabulous Bleu Provence (Naples, Florida) reopens Mother’s Day to welcome back all the Cariot family’s long-time lovers of fine French cuisine.
I expect a Bleu Provence reopening to remember. Business momentum for the Cariot family will pick up as a beautiful May in Naples will be filled with not only the tens of thousands of retirees who call Naples home, but also so many “snowbirds” who will stay in Naples longer than normal this year. This is while Blue State disasters like Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut remain largely closed.
Bleu Provence is our favorite Florida restaurant, so for us, the re-opening has special meaning.
