Obamacare is unconstitutional. There need be no doubt about it. Mandating purchases for Americans is not a power listed for any branch of government in any article of the Constitution. States like Massachusetts may have access to this kind of power, but the federal government surely does not. A judge in Virginia has allowed the debate to begin on the constitutionality of Obamacare and that should be a fight conservatives are happy to join. Democrats are flailing around trying to find some way to label this mandate a tax, even after the president himself argued that it was not. Taxes are constitutional, mandates are not, that is why the Democrats have changed their tune. They would rather have the country be angry at them for creating a new tax, than for the country to take away their new healthcare bill because it is wholly unconstitutional. – Dick Young

There are many election races across the country that are developing nicely for conservatives. Races in Kansas, Michigan and Missouri are prompting the question “just how conservative will the candidates be,” not “will there even be a conservative candidate?” Americans have had enough of liberal politics and are voting conservative more and more. Even many Democrats are fed up with the liberal wing of their party. Look to the primary victory of Blanche Lincoln as proof that even Democrats want a party that looks to the center more than the radical left of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. – Timothy Jones
