In a recent letter from RandPaul.com, Sen. Rand Paul slammed the idea of vaccine passports as “something out of a George Orwell novel, not something that’s compatible with American values in any way.” He wrote:
Dear Patriot, vaccination passports are no joke.
Some in Washington actually want to force the American people to carry around papers proving they’ve been vaccinated before they can leave the house, go to work, or travel!
Last time I checked, this is the United States of America that we’re living in, not some authoritarian state like Communist China.
Worse yet, this proposal is coming from some of the same Democrats who object to any form of Voter ID laws to combat election fraud.
The question I have for politicians in Washington pushing for this nonsense is simple: Why must I show a proof of vaccination to go to a convenience store, if I don’t even have to show a driver’s license to vote?
It’s as if the petty tyrants in D.C. become more and more out of touch with the American people with each passing day.
The truth is, “Vaccine Passports” sound like something out of a George Orwell novel, not something that’s compatible with American values in any way.
If you agree, I hope you’ll join me in fighting against this ludicrous farce.
You have a Fourth Amendment right to be “secure in your papers,” but Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer are trying to take a sledgehammer to that right.
They may be scheming to impose unconstitutional “Vaccination Passports” across this nation, but I know there’s no way the American people would ever accept a proposal like this.
That’s why it’s up to you and I to mobilize the American people to put an end to this insanity.
I won’t mince words however, this fight will not be easy. Big Government and Big Tech are working together to make the “Vaccine Passport” nightmare a reality.
Just this week, I saw a report about how the Biden administration plans to let his Silicon Valley donors handle all the details of imposing vaccine passports on the American people.
Just imagine all the information these politicians plan to force us to hand over to corporations!
I’m leading the fight in Washington to put a stop to this before it’s too late, but I need your help.
Together, I know we can reign in Fauci, Biden, Schumer, and the Lockdown Mafia, and save our Constitutional rights.
