My friend Chris Preble, the vice president for defense and foreign policy studies at the Cato Institute, appeared on Fox Business’s Kennedy to discuss the recent attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman. During his appearance, Preble cautioned viewers to not jump to conclusions about the incidents given the long list of bad information that led up to the war in Iraq.
