You can do what I did for starters and dump Google as your favored search engine. A U.S. government mass Internet surveillance program code-named “PRISM “ has been used to tap directly into the servers of nine U.S. service providers. Included are Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Yahoo, AOL, and Skype. I long ago killed my Facebook page, and I advise you to be done also. I use none of the service providers listed. I have switched over to Netherlands-based ixquick, a move I’ve advised in the past for you. I think now you can see why. Much, much more coming up in this government spying series.
