Number 25 on my list of 25 essential musical artists is the group I rate as America’s second-best rock-and-roll band, Little Feat, founded by the very underrated, very undisciplined, and very dead Lowell George. I’d start your Little Feat collection with the live Waiting for Columbus and the 2008 release Join The Band, which features collaborations with other artists.
