Following the death of Walter Wallace, Jr., riots throughout Philadelphia left 30 police officers injured, reports BRIGHT (The Federalist) editors.

FOX29 Philly reported police officers were “ordered to NOT arrest looters just disperse them,” leaving them to believe that leaves “no deterrent to stop looting.”

President Trump offered to send in the National Guard, but they weren’t allowed to enter “unless authorities in the Pennsylvania city asked for assistance.”
