The U.S. Coast Guard is chasing an oil tanker that is part of the so-called “dark fleet” of ships running sanctioned oil cargoes around the globe. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem announced the capture of another crude oil tanker carrying Venezuelan oil on December 20 via X.com:
