
In the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision that rolled back decades of racial manipulation of congressional district maps, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has released a new map for Florida’s congressional districts that could limit Democrats to only four of the state’s 28 seats in Congress.
DeSantis took to X.com to give an example of how bad the previous map in Florida was.
This was the District 20 racially gerrymandered district that the new FL map unwound.
We said it was not constitutional under the upcoming Callais decision and now we’ve been vindicated with the publication of the Supreme Court’s opinion.

The redrawn Florida map could put four more Republicans in Congress at a time when the GOP needs them the most.
