Debbie and I have just begun our 2,000-mile road trip, which will take us from the Florida Keys, into greater Miami and the Palm Beaches; through Beaufort and the cotton fields in Georgia; outside of Lynchburg near the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah National Park; into Pennsylvania coal country, before heading to Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Maine; and finally into the White Mountains in northern New England.
Along the way, we will scan the radio airways looking to select a “fake news” champ to be crowned at the end of our trip.
With day one in the books, the wire-to-wire winner is easily NPR, National Progressive Radio.
