I have been warning you of the dangers of the digital dollar, and here IMF Deputy Managing Director Bo Li explains how digital currency can be used to control the lives of anyone subjected to it. He calls it “programmability,” but really, it’s just government rationing by not allowing people to spend their money on what they want or need.
