Justice Clarence Thomas – “One of the things that happens up here is we tend to be very heavily north eastern in our mentality. Eight of the nine of us are from Ivy League Schools.This court doesn’t represent all regions of the country. There’s a tendency, there’s an easiness, to sort of stay, to be almost clique-ish in that way with law clerks etc.”
