Police Repel Illegal Horde from England

July 30, 2015 By The Editors

French police blocked a horde of illegal immigrants from entering the EuroTunnel in Calais, France. The immigrants have come from all over North Africa and beyond to seek jobs and benefits in the U.K. America must learn here. First off, illegal immigration should never have been allowed to get so bad, either in the U.S. or in the U.K. Allowing people from third world countries in will only be a burden on social services. Secondly, start cancelling student green cards from every country hosting radical Islamists. Third, and finally, make it clear that no amnesty will ever be given to illegals, adults or children. Never. Rules are rules, period.

Take a look at the map to the right and notice that Algeria, and the northern coast of Africa could be patrolled easily if European leaders had any backbone. Before Hillary Clinton press-ganged Barack Obama into a foolish engagement in Libya, Muammar Ghaddafi was patrolling the waters around Libya. After his ouster, the immigrant ferrying trade has soared. It is no wonder anti-immigrant politicians like Marine Le Pen are finding such success in Europe, as the continent has been overrun with third world labor competing with the native population.

The AP writes:

Migrants rushed the tunnel linking France and England repeatedly for a second night on Wednesday and one man was crushed by a truck in the chaos, deepening tensions surrounding the thousands of people camped in this northern French port city.

Eurotunnel said it had blocked more than 37,000 such attempts by migrants to reach Britain since January.

There were conflicting numbers of people involved Wednesday, ranging from 150 to as many as 1,200. But French authorities and the company agreed there had been about 2,000 attempts on each of two successive nights.

The numbers have been growing as has the sense of crisis in recent weeks, spurred by new barriers around the Eurotunnel site, labor strife that turned the rails into protest sites for striking workers, and an influx of desperate migrants.
