The President and Executive Officer of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, Johnny Burtka IV, recently emailed supporters of the Insititute announcing a gala commemorating “70 years of teaching conservative principles and the Western tradition.” Burtka announces that Tucker Carlson will headline the speakers at the gala. He will be joined by Hillsdale College president Larry Arnn and Heritage Foundation president Kevin Roberts. Burtka writes:
Before the black-tie reception and dinner, our flagship journal Modern Age will host a panel discussion featuring Annette Kirk, Eugene Meyer, Edwin J. Feulner, and Dan McCarthy. They will explore the significance of three classic conservative books also turning 70 this year.
After a lobster dinner and Tucker Carlson’s keynote address, stick around for live music, dancing, and conversation!
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to join an intimate gathering of conservative leaders and friends. Remember, all proceeds will support ISI’s core educational programs that form young Americans for liberty and virtue.
