
On Nov. 13, Ukraine launched a series of long-range strikes against Russian military infrastructure in occupied Crimea, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and inside Russian territory, using domestically produced weapons including Flamingo, Bars, and Liutyi missiles and drones. Ukrainian forces targeted oil depots, airfields, helicopter parking sites, forward command posts, and radar stations, aiming to weaken Russia’s military, logistical, and economic capabilities. President Zelensky described the Flamingo missile, with a 3,000 km range and 1,150 kg warhead, as Ukraine’s “most successful” weapon. Explosions were also reported in Russia’s Oryol region, though no casualties were confirmed, according to Tania Myronyshena of the Kyiv Independent. They write:

According to the report, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck “several dozen” targets as part of efforts to degrade Russia’s military, logistical, and economic capabilities.
“To conduct complex strikes, Ukraine employs attack UAVs, loitering munitions, and various types of missiles. Last night, several long-range strike systems were launched, including the domestically developed Flamingo, Bars, and Liutyi (drones),” the report said. […]
In occupied Crimea, Ukrainian weapons hit the Morskoy Neftyanoy Terminal oil storage facility, a helicopter parking site, and locations where Russian forces store and prepare drones at the Kirovske airfield, as well as an air-defense radar station near Yevpatoriya. […]
