In his speech on the Iranian attack of U.S. military facilities in Iraq last night, President Trump called Soleimani the world’s top terrorist, called on the other signatory nations of the JCPOA to abandon that deal and put pressure on Iran for a new one, urged other NATO members to get more involved in the Middle East, called for peace with Iran, and suggested that the United States doesn’t need to be as involved because “We do not need Middle East oil.”
