The National Interest’s Daniel R. Peters writes, “Rand Paul continues to say and do things that won’t help win over Republican voters during the primary season.”
Peters cites Paul’s view that the United States should not be dealing with Saudi Arabia at all. I have been on exactly the same track and support Rand Paul’s thinking 100%. Perhaps Republican voters should focus on exactly who flew into the Twin Towers while spreading anti-U.S. sentiment worldwide. Then, of course, there is the Kingdom’s despicable record on human rights. Dumping the Saudis is a no brainer.
