Rabbi Dov Fischer writes at The American Spectator:
It is Trump’s fault. It all is Trump’s fault. It always all is Trump’s fault.
An energy policy that saw us buying oil from Arab Muslim dictators who butcher even their own people, even as Obama did his most to prevent us from exploring and extracting our own natural energy resources. He fought hydraulic fracturing, fought the Keystone XL pipeline, fought the Dakota Access Pipeline, and signed Paris Climate Accords.
A run-down medical infrastructure. While he focused great effort on socializing American medicine with his Obamacare, which forced people to pay to insure for birth control that violated their consciences and forced men to pay to be insured for pregnancy coverage that violated their common sense, he allowed the nation’s medical-emergency stockpile to dwindle and dissipate.
Blame Trump.
The reason that the China Virus is called COVID-19 and not some other number is that it began in 2019. People knew it was out there.
So life went on as normal. While COVID-19 was gaining steam in 2020, Nancy Pelosi was playing games with impeachment. pens and putting Trump on trial. And COVID-19 was spreading.
Blame Trump.
The Left-Democrat theme of identity politics played out even crazier in New York City, where some fool named Oxiris Barbot, serving as New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s hand-picked Commissioner of Health, tweeted this gem on February 9:
Today our city is celebrating the #LunarNewYear parade in Chinatown, a beautiful cultural tradition with a rich history in our city. I want to remind everyone to enjoy the parade and not change any plans due to misinformation spreading about #coronavirus.
Blame Trump.
What if a bumbler like Biden were in power, with an Identity Politics vice president chosen based on a chromosome?
Blame Trump.
