Thomas Jefferson told Americans to “make our election between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude.”
As my linked article by Naval War College professor M.T. Owens points out, it was Woodrow Wilson who explicitly sought to replace the Founders’ emphasis on individual rights and the separation of powers as articulated in the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. It was Wilson who called for a government of unlimited powers. I would also add that it was Wilson who gave America the federal income tax and the Fed, as well as lied America into WW1.
Barack Obama is nothing less than the handmaiden of Wilson and must not be returned to the White House. Are we a federal republic or not? Yesterday, Debbie and I drove through the Florida Keys covering the final 145 miles of our 2,000-mile trip counting election signs for the last time. The final score: Romney 65/Obama 10. We were staggered. At no point along our multi-day route did Obama come even close to Romney.
I have included a few more of the best final day essays I could unearth to help you understand why America can not stand four more years of the most anti-small business president since LBJ. We are now off to cast our votes against this truly unqualified and discredited president. Good luck, Mr. Romney.
